Testing Psychologist with focus in Autism Evaluations

Job Summary
Lumiere Children's Therapy is seeking a Psychologist with a focus on psychological evaluations and diagnosis of autism, along with related conditions such as ADHD, Learning Disorders, and social-emotional issues. The ideal candidate will provide evaluations for children and adults aged 24 months and older.
Qualifications
- Completion of an APA-accredited PhD or PsyD degree program in psychology
- Obtained licensure in Illinois
- Experience with and understanding of early child development
- Completed clinical ADOS-2 training and obtained certification to administer ADOS-2
- Recent (within past 6 months) experience providing multiple testing measures including cognitive and developmental assessment measures, such as the WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WJ-IV, and Mullen Scales of Early Learning
- Focused study and/or clinical experience with autistic individuals
- Training in additional assessment measures: ABAS-3, SRS-2, Mullen Scales of Early Learning, CPT-3, CATA, K-CPT, CVLT-3, Stroop Test, Woodcock Johnson Tests of Achievement
- Knowledge of the evaluation process, including: identification of symptoms and symptom categories, collection of background information, considerations for differential diagnoses, selection of appropriate test measures, administration and data collection, scoring, interpretation, and analysis of data, diagnosis formulation, and customization of treatment recommendations
- Ability to write comprehensive psychological reports and provide feedback to clients and/or families
- Experience coordinating care with treatment providers for ABA therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, play therapists, psychiatrists, mental health therapists, and others
Preferred Qualifications
- Training in additional assessment measures: ABAS-3, SRS-2, Mullen Scales of Early Learning, CPT-3, CATA, K-CPT, CVLT-3, Stroop Test, Woodcock Johnson Tests of Achievement
- Experience with ADHD evaluation (ages 6 through adulthood)
- Experience with Specific Learning Disorder evaluation (ages 6 through adulthood)
- Outreach and partnership management of treatment providers in the autism community
- Contribution and organization of autism resource page
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations
- Communicate with clients' family members and previous/ongoing treatment providers to gather necessary data for evaluations
- Coordinate care with and hand-off to treatment providers for future care
- Create, update, and maintain documentation, note-taking, and additional administrative duties as needed
