Behavior Technician

About the role

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions
• Implement and modify treatment plans based on progress
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure client success
• Track and document client progress
• Adapt to changing client needs and environments

Requirements

• At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• State-specific RBT requirements (see below)

Pay & Perks

• Hourly rate: $20 and up based on ABA experience/training
