Responsibilities
- Set up and operate ICT machines (e.g., Agilent, Teradyne, GenRad ) according to test procedures
- Load PCBAs into fixtures and initiate test cycles
- Monitor test results and identify failures or anomalies
- Perform basic troubleshooting and retesting of failed units
- Document test outcomes and escalate unresolved issues to engineering
- Maintain test logs, equipment calibration records, and production documentation
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and quality standards

Skills
- Familiarity with ICT platforms and basic electronics principles
- Ability to read schematics, test procedures, and work instructions
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, MES systems)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts as needed
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
- Minimum six months related experience and/or training - or equivalent combination of education and military experience.
