About the role
This position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 3:30PM to 2:00AM. This role is full-time on-site.
Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot production assemblies.
- Lay out and assemble units for production equipment according to designs and specifications.
- Adjust and calibrate systems as needed.
- Modify equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches.
- Correct malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed.
- Use hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
- Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of work experience required in lieu of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Test electronic and electro-mechanical units using standard and RF test equipment.
- Analyze results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment.
- Follow complex test specifications, test procedures, and verbal instructions.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, hardware specifications, schematics, or written work instructions.
- Have working knowledge of electronic theory and components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze failures using electronic test equipment and software.
- Diagnose minor deficiencies in equipment and recommend rework where necessary.
- Experience in microelectronics and RF testing.
- Prior test experience.
- Prior DoD/Aerospace Testing Experience.
- Work well with a team.
- Experience in using Excel.
Skills
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, hardware specifications, schematics, or written work instructions.
- Working knowledge of electronic theory and components.

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $57319 - $91710. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
