Test Technician 3 - 2nd Shift

About the role

The Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests on electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, document test procedures, and maintain test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out functional and performance testing on electronic and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test failures and anomalies.
• Document test procedures and results accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
• Generate reports on test status, issues, and actions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree (or equivalent 2-year post-high school training).
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a testing environment.
• Experience with testing equipment and software.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Experience producing presentations of status, issues, and actions.
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience in troubleshooting electronic systems and equipment at a component level using schematics, test equipment, and technical procedures.

Benefits

This is a 2nd shift, onsite position. Training will take place on 1st shift for 6-8 weeks.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $43,400 - $82,600 USD.
