Test Technician - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Test evaluation, set-up and performance
• Equipment preventive maintenance and calibration
• Test data reporting and plotting
• Equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Evaluation, set-up and performance of electrical tests, mechanical loading and proofing
• Perform testing in accordance with written procedures, MIL-STD’s and industry specifications
• Generate test data to support customer requirements
• Occasional heavy lifting (25 lbs.) and overtime may be required

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)
• Ability to work independently and interface with individuals at multiple levels in the organization
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving and communication skills
• Experience working in an aerospace industry is preferred
• Exposure to several of the following areas: Instrumentation/Equipment, Pressure transducers, Multimeters, Milliohmeters, Hipot testers, Pulse Generators, Voltage and Current Supplies, Oscilloscopes (DAQs), Test Equity Temperature Chambers, Instron Tensile testers

Desired Skills

• Microsoft Word and Excel Proficiency
• Intron Tensile tester programming (Bluehill Universal Software)
• Watlow F4 and F4T programming

Pay

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.

This is a second shift position located in Moorpark, CA.
