Test Technician II - Non-Exempt

About the role

We are seeking a self-motivated Test Technician to support laboratory testing within a Neuroscience Portfolio group. This role involves working on-site with an interdisciplinary team to ensure product conformance and support product development in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting mechanical, electrical, and fatigue tests on leads, catheters, and therapy delivery products for neuromodulation and pelvic health therapies.
• Accurately reporting test data and communicating results to the engineering team.
• Supporting validation activities such as test method validation, equipment qualification, and software validation.
• Assisting in the development and documentation of test methods.
• Fabricating designs and selecting equipment or fixtures for testing.
• Identifying process improvements and managing lab equipment maintenance and calibration.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of technician experience.
• Vocational or technical certification or education.
