What You Will Do
- Follows blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
- Performs functional testing per part specific pre-established test procedure.
- Makes sure tests are completed, records test data, and services test equipment as needed.
- Documents acceptance or failure results.
- Demonstrates proper use of simple hand/machine tools, electronic/manual test equipment and mechanical measuring devices.
- Loads and unloads electronic equipment in test beds.
- Complies with applicable elements of quality systems and participates in continuous improvement efforts (ACE).
- Makes sure internal and external customer deadlines are met.
- Acquires applicable skill/knowledge/certification as required.
- Complies with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.
- Fulfills production schedules and quality requirements.
- Understands end use of manufactured products.
- Uses computer tools such as SAP and follows work instructions.
- Demonstrates initiative to keep processes moving and on schedule.
- Trains others for technical tasks as needed.
- Interacts with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve problems related to business issues.
- Participates in waste minimization efforts.
- Participates in audits.
- Requests tools and supplies in accordance with project requirements as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Qualifications We Prefer
- AS in Electronics Technology education/degree.
- RF, Digital, Analog Circuit experience.
- Working knowledge of DMM, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, & Spectrum Analyzer.
- Basic component level troubleshooting experience.

This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA guidelines. Candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol testing per FAA’s regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Hours: Monday-Thursday 9 hours 6 AM - 3:30 PM; Every other Friday 8 hours (9/80 Schedule)
