TEST SBAdjunct Counselor (Part-Time) - 2 positions

Duties

• Providing individual and group counseling
• Intervening with academically at-risk students
• Consulting with faculty and staff regarding student concerns
• Attending to students in crisis
• Assisting students facing financial emergencies
• Facilitating workshops and seminars
• Supporting departmental programming

Qualifications

• A strong commitment to promoting student learning, development and success through holistic counseling services
• Academic training and/or experience with counseling multicultural and linguistically diverse students
• Fluency in more than one language, especially in Spanish, encouraged
• A passion for working with academically at-risk students desired
