Test Manager

Long-term contract role for our client in Jefferson City, MO. Onsite presence required four (4) days per week.

About the role

The contractor shall provide at least one full-time dedicated (100% - 40 hours per week allocated during business hours) Testing Manager working onsite directly with the State and assigned Project Managers for the duration of this contract to manage the comprehensive oversight of all MOVERS testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oversight and management of all testing activities for the MOVERS ERP program.
• Coordinate testing efforts with State stakeholders, Project Managers, vendors, and implementation teams.
• Develop and execute enterprise testing strategies across all project workstreams.
• Oversee testing planning, execution, defect management, issue resolution, and reporting.
• Ensure testing activities align with project schedules, quality standards, and implementation milestones.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End testing efforts.
• Track testing progress, risks, issues, and overall testing readiness.
• Communicate testing status to project leadership and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience leading enterprise ERP testing phases.
• 7 years of experience working on large information system enhancement or replacement projects, or ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of complex ERP systems supporting Financial Management and/or Human Resources and Payroll.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is highly desirable.
