Position Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and review operational test plans and range documentation to schedule and execute target operations.
- Serve as the primary customer liaison, translating requirements into test strategies while tracking program cost, schedule, and performance.
- Lead the real-time execution of aerial and surface target operations, directing range assets and personnel during live events.
- Apply Operational Risk Management (ORM) and safety policies to mitigate hazards during high-risk test and evaluation events.
- Present operational briefings, de-briefings, and performance reports to diverse stakeholder groups.
