TEST MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide overall direction, management, and coordination of test events performed on the China Lake Ranges.
• You will support customers by estimating the cost of test events, managing the funding once received, scheduling the tests, collecting data post-test for subsequent delivery, and executing the final billing of services rendered.
• You will manage test projects including capturing customer test and costing requirements and implementing customer requirements into an event plan.
• You will guide range instrumentation and support personnel during live operations within the complex.
• You will utilize the Weapon Impact Scoring System providing real-time/post-event feedback results such as weapon scoring and kills.
