Job Duties
- Cook up and execute tests during the quality control phase of manufacturing.
- Collect and dissect info on materials and components utilized in production.
- Propose plans for testing programs and protocols, specifying testing conditions.
- Conduct tests on new products and design systems to gather digital data during testing.
- Analyze test data to gauge the precision and dependability of outcomes.
- Identify and tackle issues with new products, suggesting or implementing solutions.
- Continue testing and refinement until results align with product requirements and specifications.
- Compose detailed technical reports and recommend production modifications based on findings.
- Create and incorporate quality control testing procedures into the production process.
- Seek out innovative ways to economize time and decrease expenses while sustaining quality effectiveness.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere that aligns with the company's culture.
- Promote a healthy and secure work environment, concentrating on employee wellbeing.
- Oversight inventory administration and merchandise allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective product flow through the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or at least two years of experience as a Test Engineer.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for constructive and positive discussions on product flaws.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Moderate experience with scripting/configuring using C++, Python, XML, CMD, etc.
- Robust understanding of general computing device architecture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for preparing test reports and proposals.
- Determined to achieve excellent results.
- Continuously seeks better methods.
