Test Engineer II

Job Duties

• Cook up and execute tests during the quality control phase of manufacturing.
• Collect and dissect info on materials and components utilized in production.
• Propose plans for testing programs and protocols, specifying testing conditions.
• Conduct tests on new products and design systems to gather digital data during testing.
• Analyze test data to gauge the precision and dependability of outcomes.
• Identify and tackle issues with new products, suggesting or implementing solutions.
• Continue testing and refinement until results align with product requirements and specifications.
• Compose detailed technical reports and recommend production modifications based on findings.
• Create and incorporate quality control testing procedures into the production process.
• Seek out innovative ways to economize time and decrease expenses while sustaining quality effectiveness.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere that aligns with the company's culture.
• Promote a healthy and secure work environment, concentrating on employee wellbeing.
• Oversight inventory administration and merchandise allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective product flow through the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or at least two years of experience as a Test Engineer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for constructive and positive discussions on product flaws.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Moderate experience with scripting/configuring using C++, Python, XML, CMD, etc.
• Robust understanding of general computing device architecture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for preparing test reports and proposals.
• Determined to achieve excellent results.
