Responsibilities
- Execute and support test activities for product development and validation supporting our Fuels business
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Analyze test data and provide insights to improve product quality and performance
- Cook up facility work orders with site maintenance
- Some travel may be required
Qualifications
- You MUST have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in test engineering or related roles.
- Understanding of test methodologies and tools.
- Experience with test plan development, execution, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with relevant testing software and hardware tools applicable to the product domain.

We value advanced degrees in Engineering or related technical fields, experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments, proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail, knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement processes, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
