Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, hardware, software, and documentation
- Design specialized test equipment and development of operating procedures
- Interpret test results, identify and resolve test failures
- Improve the coverage, execution, and reliability of existing test solutions
- Collect data and generate test reports
- Provide guidance to entry level test engineers and technicians
- Lead test execution and validate test data to understand test facility and test article performance
- Design detailed test cases based on requirements and test plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field of Study
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline
- OR (6) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree
- OR No experience required in lieu of Masters Degree
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Security Clearance
