Skills & Description Strong Test Engineer with 9+ Years of Experience from Semiconductor industry Master or bachelor s in electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related. Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in IC test development or application development. Develop new test methodologies and solutions for devices on Advantest V93K. Strong knowledge on Exascale architecture, SMT8 debug tools & TML experience is must Proven C/C++ experience and java programming skills HW design knowledge is a plus Demonstrated strong personal leadership & good team player Proactive, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
