Test Center Administrator (Salt Lake City, UT)

About the role

We are hiring a part-time Test Administrator to join our team in Salt Lake City and Bountiful, UT. This is a temporary position through the end of December 2026.

Locations:

• Salt Lake City: 440 West 200 South
• Bountiful: 1551 S. Renaissance Towne Dr

Responsibilities

• Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
• Proctor/invigilate candidates while testing
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Part-time, 12-15 hours per week (with potential for more hours if needed)
• Flexible shifts, Monday through Saturday, between 7:30 am and 8 pm
• 2-3 Saturdays per month; infrequent Sundays possible
• Schedules provided at least 2 weeks in advance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (preferred)
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams (highly preferred)
• Flexible availability for work hours and days
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to sit for long periods and escort candidates to/from testing room
• Able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable in a quiet testing environment; able to hear soft voices and see details from a distance

Pay

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour, plus eligibility for accrued paid sick time.
