Test Center Administrator (Phoenix, AZ)

About the role

We are hiring a part-time Test Administrator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ (10835 North 25th Ave). This position offers a starting pay of $17.75 per hour and eligibility for accrued paid sick time.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
• Proctor/invigilate candidates while testing
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Part-time position, 10 hours per week (with potential for more hours if needed)
• Flexible scheduling with shifts available Monday through Saturday between 7:15 AM and 6:00 PM
• Approximately 2 Saturdays per month; infrequent Sunday shifts possible
• Schedules provided at least 2 weeks in advance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred
• Flexibility in work hours and days
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Able to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the testing room
• Able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable in a quiet testing environment; able to hear soft voices and see details from a distance

Pay

$17.75 per hour + eligible for accrued paid sick time.
