Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to advancement team members
- Process and track credit card statements and receipts
- Schedule meetings
- Process and track invoices/vendor payments, receipts, and other financial documents for multiple budgets
- Coincordinate special projects or activities
- Research state plate rules and regulations
- Coincordinate with Auburn volunteers in select states
- Assist in the marketing, planning and execution of license plate campaigns
- Perform other support duties of similar difficulty
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of experience in administrative support services
- Associate's degree plus 2 years of experience in administrative support services
- Bachelor's degree

- Proficiency in computer programs, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong listening, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated office management skills
- Sound financial acumen with experience managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring fiscal responsibility
- Willingness to embrace new processes
- Ability to research, interpret, and resolve policy or procedural issues
