TES Administrative Support Specialist - Advancement Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to advancement team members
  • Process and track credit card statements and receipts
  • Schedule meetings
  • Process and track invoices/vendor payments, receipts, and other financial documents for multiple budgets
  • Coincordinate special projects or activities
  • Research state plate rules and regulations
  • Coincordinate with Auburn volunteers in select states
  • Assist in the marketing, planning and execution of license plate campaigns
  • Perform other support duties of similar difficulty

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of experience in administrative support services
  • Associate's degree plus 2 years of experience in administrative support services
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in computer programs, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong listening, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated office management skills
  • Sound financial acumen with experience managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring fiscal responsibility
  • Willingness to embrace new processes
  • Ability to research, interpret, and resolve policy or procedural issues
