Core Duties/Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process at the direction of the Regional Director of Sales to meet individual quotas and contribute to the regional and national targets.
- Direct engagement with management teams of potential corporate clients and referral partners (Pre-IPO Companies, Public Companies, Law firms, and other key influencers).
- Drive new customers through the process from leads to close business - either as a direct sale or a co-sell through collaboration across business lines and/or geographical territories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally throughout the sales and solutioning process.
- Work with existing customer base to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities.
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce.
- Stay informed, and build and expertise on market trends, competitors, and our product portfolio.
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience selling complex solutions, preferably in financial services, financial technology, and payments space.
- 5-10 years proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Results-oriented with ability to select most appropriate sales strategy and approaches to gain entry to clients.
- Problem solving and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen.
- Natural communicator with excellent negotiation, persuasive and interpersonal skills at all levels including effective presentation skills at an executive level.
- Proficient in successfully managing short-to-long strategic sales cycles.
- Driven with enthusiasm to meet high sales targets and to succeed under demanding pressure with minimal oversight.
Pay
Compensation: We offer a base salary in the range of $125-135K plus commission. Compensation packages are commensurate with experience and location.
