About the role

Bd Diesel Performance is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager for its Southeast region. The role involves visiting current and potential customers in Kentucky, Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida to promote and sell the company's growing product catalog. This position supports customers in achieving vehicle performance potential through quality products and excellent service. It requires traveling to customer locations three out of four weeks per month.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your manager to develop and execute sales strategies that align with goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
  • Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve goals.
  • Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuous product knowledge learning and training to learn the product.
  • Average annual trips to headquarters for product training.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Travel to customer locations to demonstrate and advise on new product offerings.
  • Provide feedback (positive and negative) from customers to sales team and engineering team.
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Passion for diesel engines and related technologies.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
