Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase auction attendance and participation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community leaders to promote Purple Wave Auction events.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the auction or event management industry.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
