Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an established sales territory throughout the Northeast U.S. - Balance approximately 50-60% account management with 40-50% new business development. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the apparel, uniform and formal wear industries. - Prospect and win new small- to mid-sized business accounts while expanding existing partnerships. - Travel throughout the Northeast for customer meetings, trade shows and business development opportunities. - Utilize Salesforce and ZoomInfo to manage pipeline activity, customer relationships and sales forecasting. - Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback, identify market opportunities and support new product initiatives. - Develop strategic territory plans and prioritize accounts to maximize growth.

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of outside sales experience within the apparel, uniform or formal wear industry. - Manufacturing-side sales experience is required. - Demonstrated success managing a multi-state sales territory. - Strong business development skills with a proven ability to generate net-new business. - Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn as part of a consultative sales process. - Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities and travel. - Willingness to travel 50-75% throughout the Northeast, including increased travel during peak industry seasons.
