What You'll Do
- Grow sales and profitability within an assigned North Shore Boston territory.
- Develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Meet with restaurant operators, chefs, hospitality leaders, healthcare facilities, and other foodservice customers to understand their business needs.
- Introduce foodservice products, menu solutions, and value-added programs that help customers improve profitability.
- Execute territory sales plans and consistently achieve sales and margin goals.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting and presentation through onboarding and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and pricing opportunities within the territory.

Territory Information
- This is a field-based sales position serving customers throughout the North Shore Boston market.
- Most of your time will be spent visiting customers, developing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting existing accounts within the territory.
- Travel is primarily local with limited overnight travel required.

Required Qualifications

Pay
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission opportunity.
