What You'll Do

  • Grow sales and profitability within an assigned North Shore Boston territory.
  • Develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Meet with restaurant operators, chefs, hospitality leaders, healthcare facilities, and other foodservice customers to understand their business needs.
  • Introduce foodservice products, menu solutions, and value-added programs that help customers improve profitability.
  • Execute territory sales plans and consistently achieve sales and margin goals.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting and presentation through onboarding and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and pricing opportunities within the territory.

Territory Information

  • This is a field-based sales position serving customers throughout the White Mountain, NH market.
  • Most of your time will be spent visiting customers, developing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting existing accounts within the territory.
  • Travel is primarily local with limited overnight travel required.

Required Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • A valid driver's license
  • The ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and influence customer decisions
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • The ability to work independently in a field-based sales environment
