Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established book of dealer, contractor, and OEM accounts across assigned territory
- Possess and develop new business opportunities, including accounts with no order history in the prior 18 months or accounts that have never purchased from CADC
- Achieve and exceed assigned territory revenue targets for sheet door and rolling steel product lines
- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned accounts
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits, product presentations, and job-site calls
- Partner with CADC, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue rolling steel product conversion opportunities within existing sheet door accounts
- Maintain accurate and current account records, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts in CRM
- Monitor competitive activity — particularly from regional competitors such as Porvene — and report market intelligence to RSM
- Represent Janus International at trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing activities as needed
- Collaborate with RSM on territory strategy, pricing, and account prioritization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in building products, commercial doors, construction, or industrial distribution
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a territory-based sales role
- Strong relationship-building skills with dealer, contractor, and distribution channel experience
- Self-directed with the ability to manage a large geographic territory independently
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
