About the role
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities within your designated territory. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in an auction or similar industry.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
