About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager in Austin, Texas, you will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities within your designated territory. Your primary goal is to increase revenue through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers, including small businesses and large corporations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and referral partners.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Purple Wave Auction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
