About the role
Responsible for expanding Purple Wave Auction's sales territory in College Station, Texas, including Brenham. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with local businesses, and increasing sales through effective communication and negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and key decision-makers in the College Station, Texas area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Purple Wave Auction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in an auction or retail environment.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
