Territory Sales Manager
Job Summary
National Pipe & Plastics is seeking a results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales in the water and sewer PVC markets. This is a home-based position reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. The role involves servicing and growing sales with both new and existing PVC pipe customers, partnering with engineers, architects, and the NPP Business Development team to increase demand and specifications for CRH’s engineered PVC products. Job Location
This is a remote role supporting manufacturing facilities in New York and North Carolina.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with PVC pipe manufacturers and the NPP Sales & Business Development team to increase demand and specifications for our engineered PVC products.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated history of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates
- High-performance sales experience in the construction industry
- Leverage broader capabilities of CRH to deliver solutions for customers through consultative selling
- Excellent communication skills to coach and educate customers, dealers, or inside sales teams on products
- Innovative spirit to develop organizational growth concepts and ideas
- Business or Engineering degree preferred
- Experience with CRM and Business Intelligence Software (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau)
- Willingness to travel across multi-state region (50-75%)
- Amiable, strategic, creative, confident, and organized personality
Compensation
- Base salary: $100,000 to $120,000/year
- Bonus opportunity: 15% annual target
