Territory Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
- Executes sales plans and strategy in line with SBU and sustainability strategy to maintain and develop existing customers and acquire new ones
- Develops and executes action plans for each customer based on customer roadmaps to enhance loyalty and long-term partnership
- Delivers sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % / GP %) in territory or at defined accounts
- Builds and maintains strong customer relationships, develops customer-centric initiatives, and implements their feedback
- Communicates with KAM/Sales team on specific customer tasks and priorities, and monitors customer activities and pricing positioning
- Coordinates with technical customer service to conduct line trials and resolve customer requests and complaints
- Executes pricing and promotional actions
- Manages and/or steers distributor salesforce or third-party representation
- Negotiates customer agreements and carries out administrative tasks related to reporting and contract management
- Leverages CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably a technical degree
- Must live within the geographic core of the territory (Minneapolis/St. Paul)
- Self-starter able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Comfortable presenting to groups
- Previous industrial sales experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and natural curiosity about manufacturing processes

Pay
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the company expects to offer at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
