Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cross-functional engineers to accomplish assigned projects.
• Oversee all engineering efforts for a project or projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Review customer specifications and requirements to ensure design and development compliance.
• Monitor and provide budget, cost, and schedule status for assigned projects.
• Communicate clearly (written and oral) with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with program management and participate in the preparation of project proposals.
• Work closely with engineering management to appropriately resource assigned projects.
• Collaborate with technicians, support personnel, and others to align technical activities and progress.
• Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Mastery of technologies and domain knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience in multiple engineering disciplines sufficient to lead engineers on the project team.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
