Responsibilities
- Generate business by working an assigned territory selling natural gas, electricity, and utility line protection.
- Use a consultative selling approach to increase customer awareness of choice and competitive advantage over other energy providers.
- Provide potential customers with pricing and effectively close the sale.
- Absure quality and accurate representation of products; represent the company professionally and ensure potential customers have an exceptional experience.
- Keep detailed records of sales activity via CRM technology on an iPad.
- Develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (friendly, personable, positive personality).
- Highly motivated to sell with a desire to succeed.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Reliable form of personal transportation.
- Auto insurance coverage that satisfies the minimum state requirements.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Regular outdoor work with exposure to inclement weather; ability to lift up to 10 lbs; regular driving, sitting, standing, walking; occasional lifting.
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. Saturdays may be required if sales goals aren't met during the week, but we prioritize a balanced work-life schedule.

Pay
$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually, with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions starting from $20,000 minimum annual commissions ($1,500 per month+) and promotional opportunities after 60 days.
Schedule
8 hour shift; Monday to Friday. Saturdays may be required if sales goals aren't met during the week, but we prioritize a balanced work-life schedule.
