What You'll Do

  • Expand distribution and optimize product assortment
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and execute on-premise initiatives
  • Education stakeholders about the brand
  • Act as the primary ambassador for Boochcraft
  • Drive sales and foster brand loyalty
  • Maintain regular and transparent communication with distributor representatives
  • Strategically expand the account base
  • Elevate brand visibility through consistent account visits, promotions, and relationship-building efforts
  • Implement chain mandates, uphold merchandising standards, and pitch promotional programs
  • Ensure proper product handling and storage conditions
  • Utilize sales data to identify account gaps and growth opportunities
  • Develop geographically efficient weekly plans and track performance against sales objectives
  • Collaborate with distributor partners to activate accounts, educate buyers and consumers, and conduct tastings and events
  • Address account and distributor concerns promptly and professionally
  • Log all activities and interactions in the CRM system

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Maintain vehicle and sales supplies, manage expenses within budgetary limits, and assist with quality control issues as needed
  • Participate in distributor meetings, support promotional events, and identify local marketing opportunities
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Nurture positive relationships with industry peers
  • Proactively enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and provide valuable feedback to support brewery initiatives
