What You'll Do
- Expand distribution and optimize product assortment
- Ensure pricing accuracy and execute on-premise initiatives
- Education stakeholders about the brand
- Act as the primary ambassador for Boochcraft
- Drive sales and foster brand loyalty
- Maintain regular and transparent communication with distributor representatives
- Strategically expand the account base
- Elevate brand visibility through consistent account visits, promotions, and relationship-building efforts
- Implement chain mandates, uphold merchandising standards, and pitch promotional programs
- Ensure proper product handling and storage conditions
- Utilize sales data to identify account gaps and growth opportunities
- Develop geographically efficient weekly plans and track performance against sales objectives
- Collaborate with distributor partners to activate accounts, educate buyers and consumers, and conduct tastings and events
- Address account and distributor concerns promptly and professionally
- Log all activities and interactions in the CRM system
Secondary Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle and sales supplies, manage expenses within budgetary limits, and assist with quality control issues as needed
- Participate in distributor meetings, support promotional events, and identify local marketing opportunities
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Nurture positive relationships with industry peers
- Proactively enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and provide valuable feedback to support brewery initiatives
