Territory Manager - West Coast - SGP

About the role

Brady Corporation is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to join our Engraving Solutions business, selling through our Brady and Gravotech brands. This high-impact position requires a proven track record in capital equipment sales and a passion for technical solutions to cultivate and grow long-term relationships with industrial manufacturing customers and channel partners within the West Coast region. This is a remote position based in the West Coast region (CA, NV, UT, AZ, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual sales plan targeting both existing accounts and high-potential new business to maximize regional volume.
• Perform high-impact product demonstrations and face-to-face consultations to solve customer needs.
• Continuously prospect for new opportunities within the industrial manufacturing market, focusing on signage, graphics, and personalization applications.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Represent the brand at virtual and in-person conferences, national sales meetings, and tradeshows.
• Regularly visit customer facilities to interact directly to maintain relationships and brand presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience selling capital equipment; experience in industrial sales is highly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of the manufacturing industry.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to effectively allocate time and resources while working remotely.
• This role requires travel, averaging 50%, including frequent overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Pay

$70,000–115,000 base annually. Position is commission eligible.
