About the role
Charlie Health offers virtual substance use disorder and eating disorder treatment programs in select states.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional medical services under the supervision of licensed physicians and clinicians.
- Participate in symptom improvement analysis, cohort-specific outcomes analysis, and higher level of care (HLOC) readmission analysis based on self-reported outcomes data.
- Collaborate with patients and their primary care providers to ensure timely access to care.
- Ensure compliance with health plan’s timely access to care standards and balance billing protections.
- Share patient medical records with the patient's primary care provider as per the patient's preference.
Requirements
Experience in providing professional medical services, familiarity with mental health disorders, and ability to work independently are required.
Qualifications
- Medical degree or equivalent.
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state where the position is located.
- Experience in treating substance use disorders and/or eating disorders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of mental health disorders.
- Ability to analyze self-reported outcomes data.
- Experience working with primary care providers.
