For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide therapy sessions via video conferencing tools
- Document progress notes and maintain client confidentiality
- Participate in regular supervision and case conferences
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state(s) where you will be working
- Experience in treating substance use disorders or eating disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools
