Responsibilities
- Manage client communications and ensure timely follow-up
- Support clinical teams in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Collaborate with insurance companies to facilitate coverage and reimbursement
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal systems and processes
- Provide administrative support for clinical outreach efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in healthcare administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with telehealth platforms and technologies
