Territory Manager (Large Agricultural Equipment Sales)

As our Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales, you’ll step into a lucrative sales career where your earning potential and success are unlimited. You’ll be a trusted partner to growers, producers, and agri-business leaders, building strong relationships, delivering advanced large agricultural equipment solutions, and helping customers maximize efficiency and profitability.
Each day brings variety as you develop new business, support existing clients, and represent Pape’ Machinery as a visible leader in your territory. You will spend your time in the field, traveling in a company-provided sales vehicle, meeting face-to-face with customers, and working alongside internal teams to ensure seamless support from purchase to service. With a pulse on market trends and customer needs, you’ll position Pape’ Machinery as the go-to provider for large agricultural equipment solutions while driving growth and expanding market share.
You will also take on the role of Small Ag inside sales, generating in-store business. With the backing of an industry leader, ongoing training, and mentorship, you’ll have the resources needed to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with growers, producers, and agri-business leaders.
- Deliver advanced large agricultural equipment solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Develop new business and support existing clients in your territory.
- Represent Pape’ Machinery as a visible leader in the agricultural equipment industry.
- Travel within your territory in a company-provided sales vehicle for face-to-face customer meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support from purchase to service.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to drive growth and expand market share.
- Generate in-store business for Small Ag equipment as part of inside sales responsibilities.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience.
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology (preferred).
- Financing background (preferred).
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
