Territory Manager
Fixed Term, Full Time contract from 30th September 2024 until 29th December 2026, with a strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

Responsibilities
- Manage a FMCG grocery territory and plan visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate additional displays and promotional activity.
- Drive distribution, availability, and compliance across agreed product ranges.
- Increase sales based on a solid selling story around our brands and category.
Requirements
- Experience working in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent time management and territory planning ability.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Full UK Driving License (no more than 6 points and no previous bans).
Nice to Have
- Merchandising or POS executive experience.
- Direct selling skills.

Pay
Up to £29,000 per annum (pro-rated) + 10% KPI bonus & £300 retention bonus.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, no weekend working.
