For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Provide individual therapy sessions and group sessions
- Document progress notes and maintain client confidentiality
- Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences
- Engage in professional development and continuing education
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed to practice in the state(s) where you will be working
- Experience in treating mental health and/or addiction disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using our virtual platform software
