Territory Manager

About the role

You will promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers. Focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing accounts and make cold calls to potential targets, both onsite and via phone.
• Be responsible for improving gross profit and securing new business opportunities.
• Enhance profitability of existing accounts by understanding and leveraging value propositions.
• Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches.
• Secure long-term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements.
• Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data.

Requirements

• Obtained a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• At least five to seven (5-7) years of sales experience.
• Prior sales success and defined sales process is critical for this role.
• Industrial gas experience and welding experience is preferred, and Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
• At least a High School Diploma / GED.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in various weather conditions.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
