Responsible for managing sales territories in Flagstaff, AZ. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for assigned territory
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of successful territory management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and results-driven

- Experience with CRM software
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
