Territory Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing sales territories in Albuquerque, NM. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for assigned territory
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research
• Prepare and present sales reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Proven track record of successful territory management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
