Territory Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing cleaning territories in residential and commercial settings. Oversee daily operations, customer relations, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning teams and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and employees.
• Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor and report on territory performance metrics.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in the cleaning industry preferred.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
