About the role
Responsible for managing cleaning territories in residential and commercial settings. Oversee daily operations, customer relations, and budget adherence.
Responsibilities
- Manage cleaning teams and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and employees.
- Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and report on territory performance metrics.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience in the cleaning industry preferred.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
