The Territory Manager at Mineralys Therapeutics will play a critical role in launching and growing the company’s first commercial product within an assigned territory. The primary responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines.
- Building and executing a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Driving product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
- Analyzing territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and course correct as needed.
- Consistently delivering against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintaining accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
- A bachelor’s degree, with 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience preferred.
- Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic fields preferred.
- Prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong customer relationships and clinical acumen.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.
This is a fully remote position requiring up to 60% travel. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, time off, and a 401K, as well as participation in Mineralys incentive plans. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $165,000, depending on location, experience, and skill level.
