Responsibilities
- Dive into the heart of agriculture, making impactful seed, fertilizer, and chemical recommendations to empower growers for success.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of agronomists, seizing each day's challenges and victories together.
- Foster enduring customer relationships, paving the way for long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Ignite sales success by crafting compelling presentations, contracts, and proposals, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Master the art of supply forecasting, strategizing for monthly and annual needs with precision.
- Champion agronomic excellence, staying ahead of the curve with the latest in wheat, milo, alfalfa and soybeans!
Requirements
- Experience is key! Preferably 1+ year in agronomy-related roles, but passion and drive can sometimes trump experience!
- Having a book of business, or contacts in the area are a huge plus!
- A degree in Agronomy/Agriculture is a plus, but equivalent experience speaks volumes.
- Fuel your own success with self-motivation, thriving both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
