Requirements
Experience is key! Preferably 1+ year in agronomy-related roles, but passion and drive can sometimes trump experience!
Having a book of business, or contacts in the area are a huge plus!
A degree in Agronomy/Agriculture is a plus, but equivalent experience speaks volumes.
