Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Operate and maintain various types of equipment including earthmoving, aerial work platforms, forklifts, agriculture, and compressed air equipment.
• Handle daily maintenance tasks and perform routine inspections on rented equipment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in equipment operation and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating various types of equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and aerial lifts.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and first aid.
• Experience with basic mechanical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay

Salary range: $18 - $25 per hour based on experience.
