Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment according to manufacturer’s guidelines and company policies.
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Assist in the training of new employees and provide guidance on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with equipment rentals and returns.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Experience in equipment operation and maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is beneficial.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
